Our Sales & Return Policies: All orders processed are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (basically meaning weekdays) on domestic orders and 3-5 days on international orders and you will be forwarded the tracking information upon the completion of processing your order. Any shortage or missing item claims must be filed within 72 hours of delivery. We do offer a 30 day return policy for a full refund less shipping & handling fees as long as the item is in brand new, resalable condition meaning not opened or used. If an item needs to be returned for any reason an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) will be needed to be processed. This can be done via E-Mail to returns@citrustools.com. When requesting an RGA we will need your original invoice number and date of purchase to process your return claim as well as the reason for the return. Once you have your RGA number, please repack the item(s) for shipping securely and ship to the address we specify on the RGA authorization.
| Manufacturers Warranty Policy: If the item(s) you purchase are covered under a manufacturers warranty and you need to make a claim the following will apply: If a warranty issue arises within the first 30 days of ownership, we would cheerfully repair or replace the item as deemed necessary under our agreements with the manufacturers. If 30 days has passed and the manufacturers warranty is in effect, you will need to contact the manufacturer for their policy for making a warranty claim.
